Pikuran of the Kirdi/Kapsiki peoples in the Mandara Mountains of Northern Cameroon. Twenty three curled and rolled iron spikes - shaffa - of 85 mm on a leather string, the spikes on this cache-sexe curve up when worn. Worn by young women, to attract the men's attention.
