Large antique spice box, Punjab (Pakistan) 09.02.159

A turned and decorated lidded spice box with a warm red colours,  black ornaments and natural markings of age. It has hand forged metal hinges. These boxes were used to store various food or houzsehold items. The bos shows signs of long use.
