Old African brass pipe head 21.01.1590

This is old brass pipe head, due to its age and long use it has a hole in the furnace. The wooden stem on the picture is lost. While Musée d'Ethnographie de Neucâtel (MEN) attributes a similar article to the Ashanti tribe in Ghana and some other sources link them to the Mossi in Burkina Faso, The existing pipe has been collected in Northern Cameroon
