Parachinar Chest 16.01.620

Parachinar is the main city and headquarters of the Kurram branch in the tribal regions. It is located about 10 kilometres from the border with Afghanistan. The name of Parachinar comes from 'Para' (Paarha), one of the tribes of the valley and 'Chinar', the maple trees which are found in abundance in the region.
