Large decorated spice box, Punjab 09.02.1228

An unique large turned and decorated lidded spice box witrh red, yellow and black colours, and natural signs of age.  These boxes were used for spices sugar, etc. Similar boxes are used in the Northern Frontier district of Pakistan, Pakistani-Afghan border areas and Punjab.
