This Ghaneen necklace is made out of 34 large recycled green glass beads. They are made using an ancestral technique of grinding up found vintage glass bottles into a powder and pouring into clay casting for melting. The necklace can be worn as such or the beads used for creating new jewelry.

The Tuareg "ǝlbayt" snuffbox is made in a purely Mauritanian style.The snuffbox has three pockets with flaps. These "wargāt" leaves bear the names of the various objects that are stored in the snuffbox: the tobacco leaf, the tinder, the lighter and the pipe cleaner.

This iron cache-sexe is made out of 13 strait iron "teeths" linked together and ending with a ring on the top end through which passes the belt. These are ancient pieces; beaded aprons long ago replaced the original of iron aprons.
