Packaging: Except for very large items or items requiring special care, purchases will be packed free of charge. For items oversized or too heavy, which will need special packaging the customer must contact us and specify their preferences for packaging and shipment before packaging costs can be determined. We will establish an offer and shipment will only take place after the customer has agreed to the terms.
Shipping: We ship worldwide. Costs for both domestic and international shipments, including freight and insurance, are at customer’s expense. We ship and apply taxes and rules of SwissPost. Goods are insured within the liability limits of SwissPost. If not otherwise specified, our products are shipped usually within 5-12 working days after the payment. Other shipping methods such as express services or on site collection can be arranged, please contact us.
Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any custom, import and value-added taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged Items Policy: Please notify us of any insurance claim for items damaged during transit within 3 days of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Full details of any damage should be provided via email, along with photographs.
Return Policy: Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us. We always aim to find satisfying solution to any claims received. We offer a one week examination period during which items can be inspected and returned. If you are not satisfied contact us, refunds will be issued in the amount of the purchase price, provided items are returned before the end of the 1 week examination period. Buyer is responsible for all the costs of return shipment, including freight, insurance and packing costs. No refunds will be made for any shipping costs, including freight, packing and insurance, paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned items. We are also open to exchanging the product, additional shipping costs for both ways, must be covered by the customer. We will only ship the exchanged product back to the customer after receiving the amount due for the shipping and after agreeing the details.
