Large triangular Omani Digg necklace 03.01.112
The lower part of the digg consists of a rigid bar which lays across the breast has a conical, gold plated central bead. On each side of the central bead are 2 coral beads , " khàrza erafa" and one cylindrical silver bead made of 3 rosette shaped discs. The horizontal part ends with a heavy bunch of twisted strands of tiny silver beads. At the end of the bunched strands is a large silver beads followed by a gold plated "hirz" an amulet box . The necklace is threaded on a thick rope of cotton.
